Luna is a municipality in the landlocked province of Apayao.
The municipality has a land area of 606.04 square kilometers or 233.99 square miles which constitutes 13.46% of Apayao's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 21,297. This represented 17.12% of the total population of Apayao province, or 1.18% of the overall population of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
