San Andres, formerly known as Despujols, is a coastal municipality in the island province of Romblon.
The municipality has a land area of 112.00 square kilometers or 43.24 square miles which constitutes 7.30% of Romblon's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 15,940. This represented 5.16% of the total population of Romblon province, or 0.49% of the overall population of the MIMAROPA Region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 142 inhabitants per square kilometer or 369 inhabitants per square mile.
