Delfin Albano, formerly known as Magsaysay, is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Isabela.
The municipality has a land area of 189.00 square kilometers or 72.97 square miles which constitutes 1.44% of Isabela's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 29,928. This represented 1.76% of the total population of Isabela province, or 0.81% of the overall population of the Cagayan Valley region.
