Sasmuan, formerly known as Sexmoan, is a coastal municipality in the province of Pampanga.
The municipality has a land area of 91.80 square kilometers or 35.44 square miles which constitutes 4.59% of Pampanga's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 29,076. This represented 1.19% of the total population of Pampanga province, or 0.23% of the overall population of the Central Luzon region.
