General Emilio Aguinaldo, formerly known as Bailen, is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Cavite.
The municipality has a land area of 42.13 square kilometers or 16.27 square miles which constitutes 2.76% of Cavite's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 23,973. This represented 0.55% of the total population of Cavite province, or 0.15% of the overall population of the CALABARZON region.
