San Andres, formerly known as Calolbon, is a coastal municipality in the island province of Catanduanes.
The municipality has a land area of 167.31 square kilometers or 64.60 square miles which constitutes 11.21% of Catanduanes's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 38,480. This represented 14.15% of the total population of Catanduanes province, or 0.63% of the overall population of the Bicol Region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 230 inhabitants per square kilometer or 596 inhabitants per square mile.
