Sorsogon City is a coastal component city in the province of Sorsogon. It serves as the provincial capital.
The city has a land area of 276.11 square kilometers or 106.61 square miles which constitutes 13.03% of Sorsogon's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 182,237.
