Antique is a province in the Philippines situated in the Western Visayas region occupying the western section of the Visayas. Its capital is the Municipality of San Jose de Buenavista.

The province has a land area of 2,729.17 square kilometers or 1,053.74 square miles. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 582,012. This represented 7.72% of the total population of the Western Visayas region, 3.00% of the overall population of the Visayas island group, or 0.58% of the entire population of the Philippines. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 213 inhabitants per square kilometer or 552 inhabitants per square mile.
