Maria is a coastal municipality in the island province of Siquijor.
The municipality has a land area of 53.37 square kilometers or 20.61 square miles which constitutes 15.81% of Siquijor's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 14,385. This represented 13.91% of the total population of Siquijor province, or 0.18% of the overall population of the Central Visayas region.
