San Roque is a coastal municipality in the province of Northern Samar.
The municipality has a land area of 152.98 square kilometers or 59.07 square miles which constitutes 4.14% of Northern Samar's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 29,882. This represented 4.68% of the total population of Northern Samar province, or 0.66% of the overall population of the Eastern Visayas region.
