Victoria is a coastal municipality in the province of Northern Samar.
The municipality has a land area of 186.70 square kilometers or 72.09 square miles which constitutes 5.05% of Northern Samar's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 15,361. This represented 2.40% of the total population of Northern Samar province, or 0.34% of the overall population of the Eastern Visayas region.
