Silago is a coastal municipality in the province of Southern Leyte.
The municipality has a land area of 215.05 square kilometers or 83.03 square miles which constitutes 11.94% of Southern Leyte's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 13,116. This represented 3.05% of the total population of Southern Leyte province, or 0.29% of the overall population of the Eastern Visayas region.
