Conner is a municipality in the landlocked province of Apayao.
The municipality has a land area of 694.30 square kilometers or 268.07 square miles which constitutes 15.42% of Apayao's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 27,552. This represented 22.15% of the total population of Apayao province, or 1.53% of the overall population of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
