San Andres, formerly known as Despujols, is a coastal municipality in the island province of Romblon.

The municipality has a land area of 112.00 square kilometers or 43.24 square miles which constitutes 7.30% of Romblon's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 15,589. This represented 5.32% of the total population of Romblon province, or 0.53% of the overall population of the MIMAROPA region.
