San Juan, formerly known as San Juan del Monte, is a landlocked highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region.

The city has a land area of 5.95 square kilometers or 2.30 square miles. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 122,180. This represented 0.95% of the total population of the National Capital Region.
