Santo Niño, formerly known as Faire, is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Cagayan.
The municipality has a land area of 423.13 square kilometers or 163.37 square miles which constitutes 4.50% of Cagayan's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 28,537. This represented 2.25% of the total population of Cagayan province, or 0.77% of the overall population of the Cagayan Valley region.
