Santa Fe, formerly known as Imugan, is a municipality in the landlocked province of Nueva Vizcaya.
The municipality has a land area of 399.81 square kilometers or 154.37 square miles which constitutes 8.31% of Nueva Vizcaya's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 18,276. This represented 3.67% of the total population of Nueva Vizcaya province, or 0.50% of the overall population of the Cagayan Valley region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 46 inhabitants per square kilometer or 118 inhabitants per square mile.
