Naga is a landlocked independent component city in the coastal province of Camarines Sur.

The city has a land area of 84.48 square kilometers or 32.62 square miles which constitutes 1.54% of Camarines Sur's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 196,003. This represented 10.04% of the total population of Camarines Sur province, or 3.38% of the overall population of the Bicol Region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 2,320 inhabitants per square kilometer or 6,009 inhabitants per square mile.
