Milagros is a coastal municipality in the island province of Masbate.
The municipality has a land area of 565.30 square kilometers or 218.26 square miles which constitutes 13.66% of Masbate's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 57,538. This represented 6.33% of the total population of Masbate province, or 0.95% of the overall population of the Bicol Region.
