Picong, formerly known as Sultan Gumander, is a coastal municipality in the province of Lanao del Sur.

The municipality has a land area of 280.00 square kilometers or 108.11 square miles which constitutes 2.07% of Lanao del Sur's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 16,615. This represented 1.59% of the total population of Lanao del Sur province, or 0.44% of the overall population of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
