Sultan Sumagka, formerly known as Talitay, is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Maguindanao.
The municipality has a land area of 62.96 square kilometers or 24.31 square miles which constitutes 0.65% of Maguindanao's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 14,863. This represented 1.27% of the total population of Maguindanao province, or 0.39% of the overall population of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
