Panglima Sugala, formerly known as Balimbing, is a coastal municipality in the island province of Tawi-Tawi.

The municipality has a land area of 416.66 square kilometers or 160.87 square miles which constitutes 11.49% of Tawi-Tawi's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 44,184. This represented 11.31% of the total population of Tawi-Tawi province, or 1.17% of the overall population of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
