Macabico, formerly Macabiso, is a barangay in the municipality of Sultan Mastura, in the province of Maguindanao del Norte, which was created from the once-unpartitioned province of Maguindanao. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 4,051. This represented 15.99% of the total population of Sultan Mastura.
