Mabini, formerly known as Doña Alicia, is a coastal municipality in the province of Davao de Oro.
The municipality has a land area of 400.00 square kilometers or 154.44 square miles which constitutes 8.77% of Davao de Oro's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 43,552.
