Carmen is a municipality in the landlocked province of Cotabato.

The municipality has a land area of 1,110.43 square kilometers or 428.74 square miles which constitutes 12.33% of Cotabato's total area. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 95,921. This represented 6.95% of the total population of Cotabato province, or 2.11% of the overall population of the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
