Midsayap is a municipality in the landlocked province of Cotabato.
The municipality has a land area of 290.42 square kilometers or 112.13 square miles which constitutes 3.12% of Cotabato's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 165,376. This represented 11.09% of the total population of Cotabato province, or 3.37% of the overall population of the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
