Samar

Samar is an island in the Philippines covering the provinces of Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, and Samar. Major marine waterbodies adjacent to the island include Philippine Sea, Janabatas Channel, Leyte Gulf, Samar Sea, and San Bernardino Strait.
