Sibalom is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Antique.
The municipality has a land area of 201.30 square kilometers or 77.72 square miles which constitutes 7.37% of Antique's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 63,833. This represented 10.41% of the total population of Antique province, or 0.80% of the overall population of the Western Visayas region.
