Roxas City, formerly known as Capiz, is a coastal component city in the province of Capiz. It serves as the provincial capital.

The city has a land area of 95.07 square kilometers or 36.71 square miles which constitutes 3.66% of Capiz's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 179,292.
