Miagao is a coastal municipality in the province of Iloilo.
The municipality has a land area of 156.80 square kilometers or 60.54 square miles which constitutes 3.14% of Iloilo's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 68,115. This represented 3.32% of the total population of Iloilo province, or 0.86% of the overall population of the Western Visayas region.
