Hinoba-an, formerly known as Asia, is a coastal municipality in the province of Negros Occidental.
The municipality has a land area of 414.50 square kilometers or 160.04 square miles which constitutes 5.28% of Negros Occidental's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 60,865. This represented 2.32% of the total population of Negros Occidental province, or 0.77% of the overall population of the Western Visayas region.
