Culaba is a coastal municipality in the island province of Biliran.
The municipality has a land area of 73.42 square kilometers or 28.35 square miles which constitutes 13.70% of Biliran's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 12,972. This represented 7.23% of the total population of Biliran province, or 0.29% of the overall population of the Eastern Visayas region.
