Libagon is a coastal municipality in the province of Southern Leyte.
The municipality has a land area of 98.62 square kilometers or 38.08 square miles which constitutes 5.47% of Southern Leyte's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 15,244. This represented 3.55% of the total population of Southern Leyte province, or 0.34% of the overall population of the Eastern Visayas region.
